What we do
The most exciting movement sport on the planet - coached properly.
Tricking is a movement sport built around kicks, flips, twists and the creative ways they can be connected. Born from the meeting point of martial arts, gymnastics and wider movement culture, tricking took inspiration from each before evolving into something entirely its own, with its own techniques, language, style and identity. Today, it is as much about creativity and expression as difficulty: finding new ways to move, connect skills and make them unmistakably your own.
