Our strength and conditioning classes have an emphasis on increasing acrobatic performance but are also great for anyone looking to increase their general athleticism, sport performance, mobility, and explosive power as well as helping to avoid injury and build confidence! This is also a great supplement for those of you that already attend our tricking classes.
